4802 Red Hill Way, Ellicott City, MD 21043
The Bartlett family of Ellicott City shares holiday joy each year by hosting an extravagant light display synched to music. Often the family coordinates special activities to enhance the season’s spirit of giving in collaboration with the lights display. This year, the Bartletts and their neighbors will collect donations for the Howard County Food Bank from visitors. A bin for donations of non-perishable food items is located near the “Ditto” sign of their neighbor’s home. The display, which features over 48,000 lights, also has some new attractions this season. There is a direct mailbox to the North Pole where kids may deposit a letter to Santa. For those who wish to get their groove on, there is a new, lighted 8 ft. X 8 ft. dance floor with 16 squares. Families may commemorate their visit by taking a photo with a prop of an elf and reindeer. On it’s sixth season, the Bartlett’s light display brings the local community together to make holiday memories. The lights are on every evening from 5:15 – 11 p.m. through the holidays.
