Friday, July 1
Gaithersburg Festival and the Independence Day Fireworks are combined for one great big fun family event. Enjoy all the best highlights of Gaithersburg’s lively street festival, with multiple stages for live music plus great food, unique crafts, and plenty of activities for kids, AND cap-off the evening with spectacular fireworks and an illuminating SummerGlo after Party!
Sunday, July 3
MT Airy Fireworks
Celebration starts at 5 p.m at the Mt. Airy Fireman’s Activities Grounds. Live music from Star Crush until the sun goes down and it’s fireworks time. Free corn hole and patriotic face painting. Bring a lawn chair, blanket, picnic and cooler for this fun community night.
Monday, July 4- Parades!
River Hill: Line up begins at 8:00am at Clarksville Middle School. The parade starts at 9:00am.
Longfellow: Line up begins at 9:30am at Longfellow Swimming Pool. The parade starts at 10:00am.
Allview Estates: Line up begins at 11:00am at Atholton Park. The parade starts at noon.

Monday, July 4- Fireworks!
Festivities start at 5pm, fireworks begin at dark. Get to the lake early to reserve a spot to sit and enjoy the show! Bring a picnic or purchase food from on-site vendors. If there is inclement weather, the firework show will take place on Wednesday, July 5, same time and location.
This all-day, fun-filled Catonsville tradition features children’s games, races, and concerts starting at 9:30 a.m. The 69th Annual Grand Parade is so popular, residents often set out chairs in advance along the route on Frederick Road. The Parade steps off at 3:00 p.m. Called “The best fireworks display in the region” begin at 9:15 p.m. at Catonsville High School.
